Terms, refunds and privacy

Last revised: September 11, 2026. This website and The Science of Body Transformation are offered by Omar Abdoh, based in Jordan. The guide provides general fitness education for adults. It is not a medical service or an accredited qualification.

The checkout identifies the payment provider, price, currency and any applicable taxes before you pay. There is no subscription for the one-time ebook purchase. The product listing describes whether your purchase includes a PDF, website access, or both.

You may read, download, keep a personal backup and print an included PDF for your own use. You may not resell or redistribute the book, upload it publicly, or share account credentials. These restrictions do not remove exceptions permitted by applicable law.

Keep your account secure and contact support about suspected misuse. We may restrict access for fraud or material misuse, but will not use these terms to prevent legitimate complaints, reviews or payment disputes.

We offer a full refund when requested within 30 calendar days of purchase. Reply to your purchase receipt or use the support contact shown on that receipt and include your order number. Do not send card details or passwords.

If you cannot download the book or unlock included website access, contact us through your receipt so we can investigate. A failed delivery is not a reason to deny your rights.

Gumroad processes refunds and payment disputes for purchases made through that provider, under its own rules. Processing times depend on the provider and payment method. Approved refunds end the licence for that purchase and the associated website access; existing rights from another valid purchase remain.

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, requires our consent before a legitimate payment dispute, or limits rights that apply after the 30-day period. Any withdrawal exception for immediately supplied digital content applies only where its legal conditions are met.

Training and nutrition outcomes vary. Purchasing the book does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, injury recovery or any other health result. Calculators provide estimates, not diagnoses or personalised prescriptions.

We aim to keep the website available and correct reported problems. Maintenance, outages and provider failures can interrupt access. Please report a delivery or access problem through your purchase receipt.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. A disclaimer does not replace our obligations to deliver the product as described.

A one-time purchase has no recurring access fee. Where the listing includes website access, this means access while we operate the ebook service, not a guarantee that a particular domain, feature or hosting provider will exist forever. Updates we release to the purchased edition during that time are included; no update schedule is promised.

We will use the purchase email to communicate material access changes. If the service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice where possible and a downloadable edition of the purchased content. An offline file cannot reproduce all interactive features, and this arrangement does not remove statutory remedies or reduce rights already promised to existing buyers.

This is general education for adults aged 18 and over. The book does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. No medical, dietetic or physiotherapy credentials are claimed for the author.

Ask an appropriate healthcare professional about exercise or dietary changes if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have an injury or history of an eating disorder. Do not use the calorie tools for children or to guide treatment. Do not stop prescribed treatment because of this book.

Stop exercise and seek appropriate medical help for concerning symptoms. Chest pain, fainting, severe breathing difficulty or a serious injury require urgent attention. Supplement safety depends on the ingredient, dose, product quality and the individual.

References support the topics identified beside them. They are not endorsements of this product. Illustrative scenarios are teaching examples, not customer testimonials. Scientific evidence changes and no general guide can account for every reader.

Account and purchase data: We use your email, supplied name, account identifier and purchase/access status to sign you in, deliver purchases and resolve support requests. Payment providers can send transaction information in payment notifications. We do not ask you to enter full card numbers into our application; enter payment details only in the provider checkout.

Optional fitness records: Features may store your reading progress, quiz responses, workout logs, weight entries, notes and uploaded progress photos. Some records can reveal health information. You can use the educational content without uploading photos or health notes. Only enter information you want stored; do not upload medical reports or another person's information. Calculator inputs are processed in the browser unless a feature explicitly saves a record.

Providers: Supabase supports accounts, database and file storage; Netlify hosts the site; Resend handles transactional email when configured; Gumroad processes the corresponding purchase. Providers receive the information needed for those functions and may process it outside your country. Their terms and safeguards also apply. We may disclose information where legally required or to address fraud and security incidents.

Tracking: This version does not load Meta Pixel or Google Analytics and does not send purchase emails or fitness activity to advertising platforms. Necessary browser storage supports sign-in, preferences and progress. We do not sell customer lists or use fitness records for targeted advertising. Following a link to Instagram, Google or a checkout provider subjects that visit to the destination's own practices.

Retention and security: Account records are retained to provide access; optional saved records remain until deleted or an account-deletion request is handled. Purchase and support records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Backups can retain records temporarily under the provider's retention process. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices: You may ask for access, correction, a copy or deletion of your data at omargo9780@gmail.com or through the seller contact on your receipt. We may verify identity before acting. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. We use data to perform the purchase agreement, operate and protect the service, comply with applicable duties, and obtain consent where required.

The service is intended for adults. Do not create an account or submit personal data if you are under 18. Material policy changes will be dated here and communicated where required.
